Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience with ordering from your website and picking up our food.
First, the salad we ordered is not even offered at the restaurant, that was fine but when they replaced the salad, they remembered to remove the veggies I didn't want, buy also didn't keep the veggies I wanted.
I had ordered a side of meatballs to go with the salad that according to the menu was a count of 2. There was only 1 in the container.
My husband had ordered a ham/sausage calzone and instead received a pizza.
Also, we received in our to go bag a tub of butter. Not sure if that was just thrown in or if we were supposed to get some sort of bread with our order as well.
Finally, we were told to arrive @ 630, but didn't even receive our food until 655.
We normally eat in and have nothing negative to say, but this was just really not great service.
